What's the point of Moon Village and how does participating in women's work benefit us directly?

There are so many benefits, it's hard to know where to start. But the biggest personal benefit is the pattern recognition our bodies make by regularly identifying nature's patterns within us. When we honor nature's new beginnings through ritual, ceremony, and intention, we cue our bodies to practice compassion and self-awareness for the changing seasons of our lives. We remember that we are natural beings deserving of rest, renewal, creativity, and growth. We witness our own fluctuating capacity from day to day, week to week, moon phase to moon phase.
